DxReps (“we,” “us”) runs dx-reps.com, a job board for diagnostics sales professionals. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account information: If you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password.
- Job postings: If you are an employer or recruiter, we collect the company and job details you submit.
- Usage data: Like most websites, we automatically collect basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and cookies.
Applying to jobs
When you click “Apply” on a listing, you are sent to the employer’s or recruiter’s own application page. Anything you submit there is handled under that party’s privacy policy, not this one. DxReps does not collect your résumé or application.
How we use information
- To run the site, show job listings, and manage accounts
- To send account emails such as password resets and job alerts you request
- To improve the site and protect it from spam and abuse
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site (for example, hosting and email delivery), when required by law, or if the business is transferred to a new owner.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep you signed in and to understand how the site is used. You can turn off cookies in your browser, but some features may stop working.
Payments
If we offer paid memberships, payments will be processed by a third-party payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.
Your choices
You can update or delete your account information at any time, or ask us to delete it by emailing us. You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message.
Children
DxReps is meant for working professionals and is not directed to anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
